Troy Steinberg is the Founder and Broker of Edge Realty Group, serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Long Island, Queens, and Brooklyn. Since 2000, he has closed more than $300 million in residential and investment real estate transactions. Known for his strategic, results-driven approach, Troy combines strong negotiation skills, targeted marketing, strategic positioning, and deep market knowledge to help clients succeed. He works with first-time buyers, homeowners, and investors, providing trusted guidance throughout every stage of a transaction. For sellers, Troy focuses on pricing strategy, market exposure, and positioning properties to attract qualified buyers. For buyers and investors, he identifies opportunities, evaluates value, and negotiates favorable terms. A Long Island native with a BBA in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University, Troy brings a business-minded approach to every transaction.
